Personally, as long as I occupy the office of circuit judge of this district 1 assure the Sons of the American Revolution that this flag, distinctive emblem of Na tional entity, will be used at every proceeding 1n admitting foreign bom applicant. That their attention wilf be called to the seriousness of the step they are takinir. the breaking of old fidelity and fealty to the land of their birth, and the adoption of new country and a new flag.
